By using our IMEI check services, you confirm and agree to the following:

• You confirm the device is lawfully owned and you are authorized to check or unlock it.
• You confirm the device has not been reported as lost, stolen, or involved in any fraudulent activity.
• You confirm you have the original owner's explicit authorization if the device is not yours.
• Misuse of our services is strictly prohibited and may violate applicable local and international laws.
• We are not liable for any legal consequences arising from misuse of our services.

• All IMEI check services are processed through our provider API and results may vary by device and carrier.
• Processing times are estimates only. Some services may take longer depending on the provider.
• We do not guarantee specific results — outcomes depend on the device's history and database availability.
• You must enter a valid 15-digit IMEI number. Orders with incorrect IMEIs are non-refundable.
• Each order is processed once — duplicate orders are the responsibility of the user.

• All payments and top-ups to your panel balance are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Balance is deducted at the time of order submission. Failed orders due to invalid IMEI are non-refundable.
• Refunds may be issued at our discretion for orders that fail due to provider-side errors.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time with or without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the payment or refund system will result in account suspension.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Any activity under your account is your responsibility, whether or not authorized by you.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
• Sharing accounts or selling access to third parties is strictly prohibited.
• We are not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

IMORE Services is a reseller platform. We act as an intermediary between the user and our upstream IMEI service providers. We are not responsible for:

• Inaccurate or outdated data returned by third-party provider databases.
• Service downtime or delays caused by our upstream provider.
• Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Loss of data, profits, or business arising from service interruptions.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
